Looking to book with Santa? Contact us to coordinate your Virtual Visit if it’s after December 25, 2020.
Select the type of visit you want from the list below to book your virtual visit with Santa, Bri the Elf, the Grinch, Snow Queen or Bad Santa. Payment through our secure server is due at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom meeting link and meeting passcode at the time of your booking. You will receive a visit reminder 24 hours prior to your visit.
*Santa is very busy this year and space is very limited so please be sure to have Zoom setup on your device well in advance of your Virtual Visit.
*If you want to book a visit within 8-24 hours, purchase the “Same Day” add-on at checkout and call or email Santa Charles when you finish checking out.
To make your Virtual Visit a success, you will need:
Your confirmation email with login details easily accessible on the day of your visit.
A good Internet connection and a computer, tablet or cell phone with a speaker and microphone so you can talk to and hear Santa.
Download the Zoom App before your visit. Make sure it works.
“Arrive” early to make sure your connection, speaker and microphone are working.

Can I book same day Santa?
It’s best to call us directly to confirm. Additional charges apply.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your visit, please do so at least 12 hours before your visit. Rescheduled appointments are not guaranteed priority time slots and are subject to availability.
Personalize Your Visit
Want to personalize your visit? Please fill out the questionnaire in your confirmation email and send it back to us at least 48 hours before your visit. We'll use this questionnaire to make sure Santa has all the information he needs for your child's visit. Name, age, what they want for Christmas, and any other fun facts you might like to add to make the experience a personal and memorable one to last a lifetime!
Do I need a certain type of webcam?
A high-quality web cam will yield the best results, but any desktop, laptop, iPad, or mobile camera will do the trick. A mobile device should only be used as a last resort.
Cancellations/No-shows
All cancellations must be within five days of your Virtual Santa Claus Visit. Cancellations made within five days and the scheduled start time of your visit are non-refundable.
No-shows are considered cancellations. Refunds are not available.
What if I have technical issues?
No worries, one of Santa’s elves are on stand by to ensure everything goes smoothly and record your video interaction with Santa. Please make sure to download your zoom connection at least several hours before your visit to make sure there are no issues.
I never received the “Virtual Visit Confirmation Email.” What should I do?
If you do not receive the email confirmation within 30 minutes of completing your purchase, please email virtualsantaclausvisits@gmail.com or call Santa Charles at the North Pole 510-612-1251
Recordings
If you purchased a recording of your visit, it will be posted to our private server with in 72 hours of your appointment. The link to the recording will be shared with the email on your confirmation, and you will be able to download the video. Recordings will not be available forever, so please download your recording as soon as possible.
When do I sign in for my visit?
Sign in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled visit to make sure your connection is working.
What platform is used for a Virtual Visit?
All Virtual Visits are conducted on the Zoom Video Conferencing platform.
Will I receive of copy of my video call with Santa?
All purchased streaming experiences receive a Virtual Visit Keepsake video of your virtual visit with Santa or friends to download and share. Virtual Visit Keepsake videos are emailed within 48-72 hours after your visit.
